Agile Tour Osaka 2011の思い出 - Always All Ways Archive

昨年に続いて２回目のAgile Tour Osakaが無事に終了しました。さまざまなセッションを通じての学びや感想などもそれなりにありますが、まずは、現時点で公開可能な動画やプレゼンテーション資料などをまとめて貼付けておきます。今後の追加分については、随時アップしていくつもりです。まず、各セッションの内容に入る前にAgile Tourの創設者兼会長であるフランスのPatrice Petit氏からのメッセージを紹介しておきます。これは、できれば今回のオープニングで細谷さんから紹介していただきたかったのですが、手違いで間に合わなかったものです。本人の許可を得て、ここに全文を原文のまま引用します。

Dear AgileTourOsaka's participants, This year, you could have follow AgileTour in Sydney, Quito of Ecuador, Merida of Venezuelia, Rio de Janeiro of Brazil and Paris of France, for example, but you preferred to come in Osaka. Well, I congratulate you because in a burst very green, know that many people, including me, envy you. This year, AgileTour is not a year like any other for us, the organizers of the tour. We choiced the Japan’s colors in our World map, all cities are represented by a red dot and Japan island is in full red with a white dot for the city of Osaka. So it is not without emotion that I write this letter. With these 10 years, - - The agile taught us how we should manage our project delays - - The Agile allowed us to build big success from amount of a small success, - - The Agile allowed us to obtain a better control of the chaos of our complex projects with simplicity, - - The Agile allowed us to inject more humanity in our businesses, But the Agile did not taught us how to control the chaoticity of the Nature. However the Agile enabled to unite us, to link together several cities in the world and to achieve together a common action: the Mass Communication… This consists to make an event in the same period of time… together.. All Agile people. This year, for the first time in the history of AgileTour, many cities have also unified them to achieve a common action in the interest of another city. Obviously I hope the local organizers tell you what it talks about. And while we are at the other end of the world, today don't forget that theirs others cities are closed to you and think highly of you. Have an eXcellent day at AgileTourOsaka!
